Stanford physicians offer the latest surgical therapies for infertility therapy including video laser laparoscopy, video hysteroscopy, myomectomy and tubal ligation reversal. We offer the full range of diagnostic and operative laparoscopy, including ablation of endometriosis, treatment of ectopic pregnancies, and surgeries on the fallopian tubes and ovaries.

Intrauterine Insemination

Whether accomplished with partner or donor sperm, all sperm processing is done on-site.
