Egg Donation - Main Page

The ability of one woman to use another woman’s eggs to have a baby is one of the most exciting options available to our patients. This option allows women who, for various reasons cannot conceive with their own eggs, to become mothers. Some of the reasons to consider egg donation as an option are:

• Premature Ovarian Failure
• Lack of Ovaries either due to being born without them or them being surgically removed
• Advanced maternal age
• Non optimal response to fertility drugs
• Damage to the ovaries due to Chemotherapy or Radiation
• Poor quality eggs

In our program we adhere to the ASRM (American Society for Reproductive Medicine) guidelines to ensure that the privacy and best interests of all parties involved in the treatment cycle are respected.
